  • Initial intake consultations will include contract signing, health history, providing educational materials and local or virtual resources for pregnancy, childbirth, lactation, postpartum and infant/family care as needed, and payment arrangements.
  • Birth Plan Creation will map out your ideal birthing scenario with evidence based information on pain management, relaxation techniques, pushing positions, partner support, advocacy, emotional support, newborn care, feeding options, sibling integration, and more.


Baby and Beyond

Soft Support Package

  • 24 Hours of postpartum services

Strong Support Package

  • 48 Hours of postpartum services

Package starts at $1,440


  • Postpartum packages can be scheduled in 2,4,6, or 8 hour shifts for any hours of the day or night
  • Postpartum packages must be used within 45 days of delivery.
  • Postpartum services can include newborn education, small errand running, light housekeeping, meal prep, care for baby while parents rest and relax, baby laundry, sibling integration, and more.
  • Referrals to local or virtual resources for postpartum related health issues, lactation, mental health, and infant/family care as needed

Doula support is a powerful, practical gift for new and expecting parents who want real guidance, calm reassurance, and someone firmly in their corner. Packages and individual service hours are available to purchase, so you can gift exactly the level of support that fits—no guessing, no fluff, just meaningful care.
